How to Withdraw Funds

Getting money out of Suri is straightforward.

Step 1: Go to Withdraw

From your Portfolio or Profile, tap Withdraw.

Step 2: Enter the amount

Enter how much you want to withdraw (in PHP). Your available balance is shown at the top.

Note: You can only withdraw your cash balance — funds currently invested in open positions need to be sold first.

Step 3: Enter your destination wallet

Paste the wallet address where you want to receive your funds.

Going back to GCash?

  1. Open GCrypto in GCash
  2. Go to USDC → Receive
  3. Copy your GCrypto USDC wallet address (make sure it's on Base network)
  4. Paste into Suri's withdrawal screen

Step 4: Confirm

Review the details and confirm. Withdrawals on Base network typically process in under 5 minutes.

FAQ

Are there withdrawal fees? Network fees (gas) apply. On Base network, these are usually less than ₱5.

How long does it take? Base network: 1-5 minutes. Other networks may take longer.

Can I withdraw to a bank account directly? Not yet. Withdraw to GCrypto first, then cash out to GCash, then transfer to your bank. We're working on direct fiat off-ramps.

Why can't I withdraw my full balance? Your invested amount (active positions) can't be withdrawn directly. Sell your positions first to free up the funds.
